This Privacy Policy describes how Medspa Recall ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information submitted through this website (medsparecall.com). We keep this simple because we collect very little.

What We Collect

When you submit the booking inquiry form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your state of residence
• An estimate of your patient database size

This information is submitted voluntarily. We do not use cookies for advertising or remarketing.

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the site — pages viewed, scroll depth, and button clicks. These tools may use cookies or local storage to track sessions. No personally identifiable information is linked to this data. You can opt out of Google Analytics via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

This website also uses Google Fonts, which may log your IP address when loading font files from Google's servers. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

How We Use It

Information submitted through our inquiry form is used solely to:

• Determine whether your clinic is a fit for our services
• Schedule and prepare for an introductory call
• Follow up on your inquiry

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Processors

Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form handling service. Formspree receives and forwards your submission to our email. Their privacy policy governs how they handle data in transit.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry submissions only as long as needed to respond and evaluate fit. If you would like your information deleted, email aidan@medsparecall.com and we will remove it within 7 days.

Patient Data (Our Service)

This section applies to clinics who engage Medspa Recall's reactivation service — not to website visitors.

Patient contact information provided by client clinics for reactivation campaigns is handled under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Patient data is used exclusively for the agreed reactivation outreach and is returned or deleted at the conclusion of the engagement. It is never shared with third parties, resold, or retained beyond the engagement period.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (including CCPA for California residents) to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aidan@medsparecall.com.
